To secure an appointment, a deposit will be required at the time of booking. This fee will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within this time frame, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in full payment will be required.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delaying other clients, and the full treatment price will still apply. If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, we may be unable to carry out your appointment and this will be treated as a no-show. Please ensure you arrive with suitable skin for your chosen treatment and disclose any medical conditions, skin concerns, or contraindications prior to your appointment. The salon reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe, in which case the booking fee may be non-refundable.
